The "Drawn V" frame combined with the Original Stoneville Parabolic Shank allows coverage of as much as twice the acreage per day as compared with other subsoilers. The shank can reduce draft requirements as much as 60% resulting in the reputation as the easiest pulling shank in the industry.

The parabolic curve behind the 22" point is designed to lift, roll, and shatter subsoil. The shank pulls itself into the ground as it is drawn forward creating "positive down draft' resulting in deep penetration in all types of compacted soils.
